Bio
Lucy Nichol (who also writes as Lucy Roth) is a 6x published author with a love of flawed characters and tales from the darker side of life. She has a passion for mental health awareness, music and nostalgia. Her full bibliography is below:

Outside of writing, Lucy has worked with a range of national mental health charities to support with media work and guidelines, consultancy and storytelling. These include Mind, Time to Change, Action on Postpartum Psychosis, Recovery Connections, St Andrew’s Healthcare, Student Minds and many more. As part of this work, she has advised on mental health portrayals on TV for soaps and dramas including Hollyoaks, EastEnders, Coronation Street, Casualty and many more.
Lucy also has lived experience of panic attacks/anxiety disorder.
